Welcome to The BIM Skills Academy ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, Learning Management System (LMS), online courses, training materials, recordings, and related services available at https://thebimskillsacademy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

Our services are intended for students, professionals, architects, engineers, designers, and individuals who are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be involved in unauthorized access, misuse, or violation of these terms.

3. Course Access

Enrollment provides access to the purchased course according to the duration and terms specified at the time of purchase.

Course content, downloadable files, recordings, assignments, and resources are intended solely for personal educational use and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or published without prior written permission from The BIM Skills Academy.

4. Intellectual Property

All videos, course materials, presentations, documents, assignments, templates, graphics, logos, and learning resources available through the platform are the intellectual property of The BIM Skills Academy.

Unauthorized reproduction, recording, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Share login credentials with others.
• Record, copy, distribute, or sell course content.
• Upload malicious software or harmful material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Engage in abusive, defamatory, or unlawful activities.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund.

6. Certificates and Job Assistance

Certificates are issued subject to successful completion of program requirements.

Job assistance, career guidance, portfolio review, CV preparation, and interview support are provided to assist learners; however, employment or placement is not guaranteed.

7. Payments

• All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Taxes, where applicable, shall be borne by the user.

8. Refund Policy

Fees paid for digital courses and online training programs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated under a separate Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The BIM Skills Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or services.

10. Third-Party Software

Certain courses may involve software developed by third parties, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Dynamo, Civil 3D, Power BI, ArcGIS Pro, and other applications. Ownership and rights relating to such software remain with their respective owners.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Karnataka, India.
